Personal Reflection of Life Changing Experience

This work is devoted to the research of self-reflection of life-changing experience. It contains a theoretical review of the main approaches to life changes based on life course theories and psychology of personality. The authors give a brief overview of theoretical approaches to self-reflection as well, mainly focusing on narrative understanding of self-reflection. As result of an phenomenological empirical study the authors present structural elements of life-change experience as they are perceived by a person and bring up some assumptions on future research of the subject.
