The management System of Company`s Business Processes

In conditions of a rigid competition and struggle for profits, organizations are obliged to constantly improve. One of the tools to improve the activities of the company is reengineering of business processes. It is easy to notice that the performance of the company depends on the compliance of its business processes. Business processes play an important role in the enterprise. They help managers to imagine how the organization operates and how it interacts with external entities such as suppliers or customers. Organization where the business processes are being gradually improved, have the advantages of allowing to grow and move forward. Confirmation of this – many years of experience in the use of international standards of management of organizations and enterprises in all business areas. The advantages obtained by the constant work on improvement of business processes include: • Chain management of the consumer and the customer; • Performance improvements; • Integration and automation of business processes; • Reduction of costs; • New opportunities in business. The business process is attention to the demands of consumers, which allows to achieve high efficiency. In his work, the author considers the system of management of business processes (Business Process Management) on the example of the sawmill. The objective of this work is: development of own system of management of business processes of the company on the example of the sawmill, presenting his view of the organization processes in the enterprise, and the use of some tools of business analysis. To achieve this goal envisages the following tasks: 1. The study of the theoretical aspects of business processes, the study of the BPMN notation; 2. The research available on the software market; 3. Building a model of business processes of a sawmill, the formulation of our vision of the program.
