At present there is an increasing interest in historical studies of everyday life. It is obviously known that one of the essential parts of reality is food and now there is emerging trend among historians to investigate this part. Therefore, history of food has been becoming more and more advanced research area over the years. Following this tendency, the study will be dedicated to history of ancient food. The aim of the research is to analyze Ancient Greek cuisine in the Classical period.
