In the research the discourse of sex and sexual education is analyzed. The purpose of this study is to show changes thr topic of the sexual education of adolescents and youth in the period of Perestroyka. As the main sources are using the journal's articles, teacher's books, films and TV programmes. Upon examination of these sources, it becomes clear that the problem of sexual education of young people occupies an important place in the public sphere. Through discussion of these topic, this research highlights the importance of the legitimation and consecration of the problem and the solution of social problems.
