Program Method in the Solution of Housing Problem

The graduation thesis on topic "Program-target method in the solution of the housing problem" investigated in detail the subjects and tools of modern housing policy of Russia and foreign countries. We consider the methods, analyzed the legal framework, especially the Federal programs at the level of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including special support programmers for yyoung people; the conclusions about the improvement of program-target method of solving problems of housing on the basis of intersectoral partnerships and interagency collaboration key structures of the administration of St. Petersburg. The author analyzes the organizational and ecjnjmic aspects of housing aolutions in St. Petersburg, the current status of the implementaion of housing programs in linking its social function related to the problems of the labor market. Analyzed the program "Youth - affordable housing (2011-2016)" as an instrument of housing policy in the region, has developed a unique approach to the problems of its improvement.
