The Formation of Event-Managers as the Occupational Group: Socioeconomic Analysis

This research is devoted to studying of formation event managers as the occupational group. In our country the event-industry is considered absolutely new, besides there is no special education at universities of Russia after which it would be possible to become the expert in the professionl field of event-management, this profession is legally not issued, but even at the accounting of these factors, demand for these experts in labor market is very high. Therefore the problem of this research - an ambiguity of process of professionalizing and existence in labor market without special education. The purpose - studying the way of formation of event managers as professional group. For the achievement of the purpose the qualitative analysis was used. Definition of stages of an institutionalization of event-activity, studying the process of professionalizing by means of motivations of event managers became the results of research.
