In this work, International Activity of Student Contingent is studied. International Activity of Student Contingent - a bilateral operand of an academic students’ mobility, comprising the most important of its types: inbound and outbound mobility. The objective of the study is to determine the impact of attractiveness and opportunities of the Territory and of the University on International Activity of Student Contingent. Within the study there were examined such theoretical aspects of the International Activity of Student Contingent as intention, value, motivation, etc. The outcome of the research project is a model of International Activity of Student Contingent connection with attractiveness and opportunities of the Territory and of the University. The Model is based on the incremental regression analysis with sequential implication of variables. It was identified that there is a serious contribution of attractiveness and opportunities of the Territory and of the University to International Activity of Student Contingent index. The results can be useful for construction of the development strategy for the internationalization forms of University and Country.
