Votes Conversion in Regional Parliament Elections in Russia

The purpose of the study to determine influence of some institutional factors on the conversion of votes in regional legislatures in Russia. Investigation use some statistical methods, particularly descriptive statistics and regression's models. Data about results of the elections in Russian regions in period from 2005 to 2015 present the sample of the study. The predicted outcome of the research is the regression equation that will provide understanding about influence of the election elements on the conversion of votes in regions of Russia.
