Annotation 1. The theme of the bachelor thesis: “Improving of Distribution Network Using the Example of Beiersdorf” 2. Scientific adviser Ivanova Anastasiia Vladimirovna Key words: distribution network reorganization, strategic margin model, algorithm of distribution network planning, scenario analysis, direct supply The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate recommendations on distribution network reorganization of the trade company. The bachelor thesis objects are analysis of the company business activity, analysis of the company logistics activity, pinpointing of distribution management problems and analysis of literature in order to pin down the ways of solving the existing problem. Other objects are to formulate individual method of handling the problem basing on the scientific literature taking into account the company specialization, practical application of the developed recommendations and analysis of the solution economic efficiency. The company logistics activity identified the following problems – lead-time long term, high transportation costs and absence of the person in charge of distribution process The research object – Trade Company, company business area – trading of personal care products The bachelor thesis elaborated following recommendations: refusing to use hub services in distribution process and transferring to direct supply. The feasibility of the practical application of proposed improving is proved. In the end, the return on equity in the strategic margin model rose up to 2% 4.
