Abstract 1. The name of the theme final qualifying work bachelor "Improving the efficiency of transportation management in distribution networks of industrial companies" 2. Scientific Director Levin, Tamara Vladimirovna, candidate of Economics, senior lecturer of the chair of logistics NRU HSE Key words: distribution center, the cost of supplying, outsourcing, direct delivery, industrial company, horizontal cooperation. The purpose of the bachelor of final qualifying work is to develop recommendations for improving the effectiveness of transport control in distribution network considering manufacturing company. Objectives of the final qualifying work are: analysis of economic activities of the company, analysis of transport control in a distribution network, identifying problems, formulating an individual approach to solving problems, the application of the developed recommendations, the analysis of economic effectiveness of measures taken. During the analysis of the logistic activities of enterprises identified the following challenges: increased costs of transportation on a certain route, poor interaction with the distributors of company’s products, disruptions in the supply of products. The object of study is the distribution network of the company "YuniRus". The company's field of activity – industrial production. In this final qualifying work has elaborated the following recommendations: the rejection of the current distributor, optimization of logistics operations during transportation, reducing the overall costs of the company, development of key performance indicators (KPI) for the company and its customer, horizontal cooperation with "Tander". Proven economic feasibility of the practical application of the proposed recommendations. 4.
