The purpose of graduation thesis is to provide methodology and the economic rationale for increasing the efficiency of procurement activities of the company "Technology Company Schlumberger". In the analysis of logistic activity of the enterprise the following problems were identified: lack of effectiveness of the organizational structure, the high purchase cost of raw materials, lack of effectiveness of the use of vehicles for delivery of products to the fields. The object of research is the oilfield service company "Schlumberger Technology Company." In this work a set of recommendations to minimize the cost of hydrochloric acid and increase the efficiency of the organizational structure are developed. The economic feasibility of the practical application of the proposed recommendations is based on calculations. Return on equity of the company increased by 1.24%. 4.
