Annotation 1. Name of the theme WRC Bachelor: Improving the quality of logistics services on an example of a farm "Hramtsova" 2. Student: Alexander V. Maksimov group BLG 123, Faculty of Business and Management, School of Logistics. 3. Supervisor: Domnina Svetlana V., Ph.D. , Associate Professor of Logistics Infrastructure Management Department of HSE 4. Keywords: Logistics service level of logistics services, lost profits, key performance indicators, staff motivation system, a single information space. This paper shows that one of the strategic resources and enhance the competitiveness of the company is to increase the level of logistics services. The aim of the thesis - to develop a system of measures to improve the efficiency of logistics operations of industrial companies. The paper discusses the main indicators of the level of logistics services, analyze their impact on the logistics and the company, as well as typical problems of logistics service level. For example, the Russian manufacturer - farm "Hramtsova" developed a system of measures to improve the level of logistics services. job Logistics Division has been optimized, resulting in improved performance. To determine the effectiveness of the departments and divisions after the optimization, the company has introduced a system of key performance indicators and motivation. The results of all the work have been reflected in the strategic profit model, which displayed a change of basic economic performance of the company in the implementation of the proposed measures.
