Abstract Graduate work on " Retail and Wholesale Company Business-Processes Reengineering (the Case of Magnit Company) " consists of introduction, business analysis of retail and wholesale company exploring topical scientific and practical application of the methodology and conclusion. The aim of this work is to develop a project of business-processes improvement. The object of the study is the FMCG retail chain MAGNIT. The subject of the study is the In this study, the following main problems that have elements of scientific novelty are solved: • An actual organizational and economic analysis of retail and wholesale company’s logistics system has been conducted. On the basis of analysis of the scientific literature practical ways of improving business-processes have been identified; • A method for improving the targeted company logistic business-processes has been developed; • The project of business-processes reengineering has been developed and economically substantiated. The present study is a complete self-made qualifying work, including science-based set of organizational and economic developments to improve the logistics infrastructure of a mining company.
