Improvement of Supply System of a Trading Company

This work is devoted to the problem of supply system improvement in the trading company. A new algorithm was developed for choosing the form of supply system in trading companies. This algorithm can help companies to make an informed decision regarding centralization or decentralization of its supply system within individual product categories. The analysis has identified the need to change the shape of the supply for the four procurement categories in the company LLC "Castorama RUS".
