In a modern world any country that wants to be strong and growing has to grow its economic and financial standings. This is nearly impossible without having well-organized, developed banking system. Huge role, played by banks in the process of financial intermediation, makes it very important to be careful on their stability. Defining probabilities of default is very important for accurate and adequate regulation. What is more important, defining of factors, influencing probabilities of default helps to construct better regulation.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
