Trade Union Organization in the System of Management of Modern School

This dissertation work is devoted to the role of the trade Union organization in the management system of modern school. The reason for working on this theme is in the increase of measures overtaken by the government, which do not cross with the interests of workers of pedagogical sphere. This tendency shows us inability of trade Union organization to represent and protect the interests of teachers. The research objective is determination of sphere and the degree of communication trade union organizations and the school management structures. In order to reach this objective we: 1. Studied structure and action theoretical base; 2. Analyzed elementary trade Union reports; 3. Employed questionnaire survey of trade Union members; 4. Discussed the topic in focus – groups; 5. Analyzed official statistics of http://www.ed-union.su/ By the end of the research, we had compiled brief recommendations for improvement of elementary trade Union and school management structures.
