The aim of this work is to study theoretical materials in the works of S.Western, Kets DeVris, W. Bion, J. Elliott, S. Tucker, T. Gyrnalzik. Linking the concept of working with groups in organizations over business inquiries, through group psychoanalytic coaching, and considering the possibilities and limitations of this method in the process of achieving the goals of modern companies, which will be described in detail through practical work on three cases of the largest Russian and foreign companies. In conclusion, conclusions and practical recommendations on linking the company's request with the results of applying the method of group psychoanalytic coaching in organizations and goals
