Factors Affecting Firm's Investment Activity

This study is is made to create a most complete picture of firm’s investment activity of ferrous metallurgy in the period from 2011 to 2015 as it possible. In this paper, we investigate fixed assets with different indicators that characterize financial indicators and external factors that affect enterprises. As a result, it was received that with increasing company’s investment attractiveness of the region, the growth rate of fixed assets increases. In addition, a positive relationship was found between the last year's sales growth rate and changes in fixed assets. It was obtained that the profitability of sales adversely affects the dependent variable. Conclusions drawn from econometric analysis may be used as a basis for further research.
