Optimization of Work Processes with Potentially Problem Assets in the West Ural Sberbank of Russia

This work is devoted to the recommendations and activities to optimize the work processes with potentially problem assets in the West Ural Sberbank of Russia development. The existing work process analysis is based on the DMAIC methodology of the Six Sigma technique. The detailed existing process analysis was carried out in this work framework, and at the initial stage it was revealed that there was a problem of attracting a unit for dealing with distressed assets, as well as the long work process with potentially problem borrowers terms. During the research, the main problems affecting these situations occurrence were identified. As a result, there were developed recommendations to optimize the work process with potentially problem assets, aimed at eliminating the identified defects. The final qualification work practical value is that the developed project can be used when dealing with potentially problem borrowers, as it facilitates the bank's divisions efficient interaction and helps to reduce the potentially troubled debt settlement terms.
