Legal Regulation of the Use of Exclusive Trademark Rights

Currently the key aspects of economic development is stimulation of production development and also maintaining a healthy competitive environment. However the implementation of an identical activity generates a struggle between these subjects for the superiority and loyalty of customers in order to increase profits. As a consequence, each company tries to define itself by registering means of individualization. And the most common is a trademark. For the last few years there was an increase in quantity of registered trademarks. However legislation on the use and protection of exclusive rights is incomplete and contradictory. In this paper we consider ways of using trademarks, the content of the exclusive rights, the extent to which their rights are exercised. Also we consider the concept and signs of violations of exclusive rights to a trademark, ways to protect rights to a trademark
