This strudy discusses logistics solutions that take into account the deployment of the supplier and the consumer. During the study was identified how the designing of guidelines for the selection of logistics solutions influence the effectiveness of the company's operations as a whole, as well as its activities in the downturn of foreign trade. The techniques that "SlavTrans" LLC uses were analyzed to achieve these results. "SlavTrans" LLC provides services to companies engaged in the export and import of commodities and materials to the Russian Federation. The company "SlavTrans" LLC is the object of the study. The subject of this study is the designing of guidelines that can help with the selection of logistics solutions. Purpose of the study is to design a universal set of guidelines that can help with the selection of logistics solutions taking into account the dislocation of the supplier and the consumer. The purpose that has been set up, leds to the formulation of the following tasks: • LLC "SlavTrans" analysis of economic and logistic activities and identifying its strengths and weaknesses; • Analysis of modern technologies and modes of transportation that reduce costs or reduce the delivery time; • Designing of guidelines that can help with the selection of logistics solutions taking into account the results of the economic analysis and logistic activities of "SlavTrans" as well as the analysis of modern technologies and methods of transport; • Justification of the advisability of the measures and implement optimization decisions with the help of the model of strategic profit. The result of study is the design of the methodology that can help us to generate the necessary logistics for the making of consumer product, taking into account all relevant factors and preferences. This technique has helped to increase the number of arranged transportations, attract new customers, as well as secure relationships with regular customers.
