Development of Recommendations for the Evaluation and Selection of Suppliers

This diploma project describes the features of evaluation and selection of suppliers at the enterprise "Energoservis". The main objective of this project is to create recommendations for the modernization of the company's assessment and selection system that will help to significantly reduce the risks that arise when it working with suppliers. This work will be based on accordance with known methods of assessment that involve a step by step process of doing the project. Thus, this roadmap includes study of the supplier evaluation system, the study of «Energoservis», identification of the location of the supply department in the company, analysis of the valuation method used, the identification of its problem areas and the creation of recommendations for its modernization. The result of the work will be a new, improved evaluation system that will be offered to the company.
