In modern conditions, cases of unlawful suspension from work, delays in wages, the substitution of labor contracts or the absence of those on the part of the employer are spreading. Employees are forced to resign at will, go on leave without pay, thereby violating their rights. On the other hand, employers face the following problems: the absence of an employee in the workplace, causing damage to the property of the organization, improper performance of labor duties, which often leads to damage, etc. The legal institute of legal responsibility for violation of labor laws and other normative legal acts containing norms of labor law is called upon to eliminate and prevent such violations. Analysis of the existing institution of material legal responsibility existing in labor law. Development of a review of existing standards and established jurisprudence. B On this basis, recommendations will be developed to improve the current labor legislation
