Women’s Entrepreneurship. Personal aspect. Example of the Nizhny Novgorod Companies

In this paper, the topic of women's entrepreneurship in Russia and in Nizhny Novgorod in particular. The theme was selected in connection with General relevance in society, in scientific circles and in connection with the personal interest of the author. The analysis of scientific works on the topic and chosen aspect of consideration – the identity of women entrepreneurs. Scientific novelty of the research is to use the test to determine the level of personal maturity of the subjects in the percent, which is a quantitative index, in contrast to all previous works in the study of the personality of entrepreneurs, which used only the qualitative characteristics of the interviews. The selected aspect of consideration of women's entrepreneurship (personal maturity of the owners of the companies) is the result of combining different disciplines, which is consistent with the General trend in scientific research - the research question at the intersection of science. The data obtained interpreted. Identified personality traits that can be considered success factors in implementing an entrepreneurial project. The paper also compares the business environment for women in Russia and Europe, the forecast for the development of women entrepreneurship.
