Monetization Model for Online Version of Kommersant Newspaper

Russian media market has a number of newspapers and media which have reached high potential to make a sufficient monetization model with paid subscription and effective implementation of news promotion technologies. Among all the Russian online media I would like to focus on online version of "Kommersant" newspaper which has a lot of potential to implement this type of monetization due to: - exclusive content (creating unique articles) - common knowledge of "Kommersant" as a verified source of information - resourcefulness of financial state of media holding (in 2016 - 1 billion rubles revenue from online version of newspaper) - the audience which can afford to use new technologies and to pay for subscription. Overall, the goal of the following study is to make a combination of different monetization models and promotion technologies in order to proof its efficiency and to confirm its potential to imply into other Russian media.
