The Digitalization of STI Policy: The Case of Research Information Management Systems

The Master’s thesis investigates digitalisation of STI policy supported by national Research Information Management Systems (RIMS). The Master’s thesis is focused on the functions of national RIMS, main actors shaping development of national RIMS as well as on the models of development of national RIMS. The Master's thesis is based on the combination of desk research and case studies of three countries: Australia, the UK, and the USA. Case studies are enriched by interviews with coordinators of national RIMS.
