It would seem that the Russian Orthodox Church (organization that unites our religious institutions) is trying to increase its influence with the help of Internet. The research problem consists in revealing of religious symbols and narratives in modern media. The purpose of study is to prove the fact that presence of religious topics in the mass media is continually increasing. As the main research methods, I chose the following ones: semiotical, narrative and content analyses, other analyses.
