The subject of research is the analysis of the legal status of making major transactions of legal entities including the concept and grounds for their qualification, grounds for their invalidation, and procedure for intra-group approval of these transactions. Were applied scientific (comparison, analysis, synthesis, absrtaction, generelazation) and specific scientisic methods (formal dogmatic, comparatif legal studies).
