Model of Educational Programs Management in Humanitarian Institute of Siberian Federal University

ANNOTATION The aim of the research is to develop the management model of educational programs at the School for the Humanities of FSAEI HE “Siberian Federal University”. The management model should correspond to the current requirements of the University. The current system of educational management at SibFU Schools has been analyzed. The problem of educational programs maladministration has been revealed and described. As the result, the vector of modification in university management has been revealed. The new vector is referring to the new management principles – management of educational programs as base unites. The alternative variants of transition to the modern model of educational programs management have been scrutinized at preproject investigation stage. To achieve this, the experience of leading Russian Universities participating in competitive recovery project has been studied. “The product conception” considering the business-process of transition to the new model of educational programs management at the School for the Humanities has been proposed. The optimal approach for building the organizational structure of the School has been determined. The principle of common scientific school has been determined as the key principle in the project of organizational structure. The principle unites the all research issues of the School. The keywords: educational program management, School organizational structure, the project of maximizing the competitive position of a group of leading Russian universities among leading research and educational centers in the world (the Project 5-100), higher education.
