The Influence of Economic Efficiency on Political Stability

This research focuses on the impact of economic efficiency on political stability. The hypothesis lies in a non-linear nature of the relationship between economic efficiency and political stability. The link was suggested to depend on the level of economic development. Following the research's results, the hypothesis was confirmed in a subsample of states with have a high level of economic development. By contrary, on the developing states subsample the hypothesis was partially confirmed.
