Design of Career Guidance Model Determined by Economic Demands of the Region

This work shows the model of professional orientation considering the economic needs of the region. For the development of the model the main stakeholders of educational process were defined, staffing needs of the region were determined, the analysis of stakeholders’ needs was done. It was also developed a diagram of the main professional orientation measures which considers the needs of all the stakeholders and aspires to balance of professional expectations of the graduates with economic needs of the region. The validation of the effectiveness of the model of professional orientation was also made.
