This research aimed to work out a program of a practical recommendations for supply process optimization in a company OOO "UZPM". There were employed instruments and principles of process-management in order to conduct an investigation and work out a program of recommendations for improvement of supply process. In the beginning it was found that duplicate operations and irrational actions causes low capacity and as a result linked to low customers satisfaction. Paper workflow does not allow the company to control and account for purchases of goods and materials, and also leads to low throughput of the supply department, and is characterized by a large number of approvals. The lack of an electronic database of employees' cards does not allow keeping records of issued supplies. Charting of a supply process helped to detect the problem areas of the process. In the course of the study, the current status of the process of providing inventories, subprocesses for the implementation of an application for the provision of inventory, control and planning of inventories was also studied in detail, and the description of the processes in the IDEF0 notation was also performed. As a result of the process analysis, problem areas of the process and potential causes of problems were identified. After that, a program of recommendations was developed, aimed at eliminating the problem areas of the process.
