Electronic Procurements as the Main a Clarity and an Efficiency Providing Method of Purchases in the Contract System

The dissertation is dedicated to an analysis of the efficiency and clarity of the electronic procurement comparing with other types of the supplier definition processes available in Russia. The topic is considered from the theory and the practice. The paper contains 53 sheets (an appendix is not counted). 17 pictures and 6 tables are included totally.
