Legal Status of the Credit Organization in the Russian Federation

The study examines the legal issues of operation of credit institutions in the Russian Federation. The project proposal describes the types of credit institutions, which, in accordance with applicable law and instructions of the Russian Central Bank have the right to provide banking services, and also examines the specific features of non-banking organization. The author investigates the legal status of the Bank of Russia and identifies its role, as the main regulator of credit institutions.
