Risk Management of the Entrepreneurial Project

The relevance of research in the field of risk management in the enterprise is determined by the need to develop an integrated, comprehensive risk management approach that is coordinated throughout the company. Due to implementing risk management the company is able to increase the probability of achieving set goals, minimize losses and reduce uncertainty in its activity. This work is devoted to development a risk management system in a small business enterprise on the example of the charcoal plant. The master,s work is based on analysis of literature on economics and risk management, government standards and regulations. Information about the enterprise were obtained through an interview with the founder of the charcoal business - Mikhail Alexandrovich Kurakin, the entrepreneur with 17 years of experience in the investigated sphere. As a result of the work, most of the risks of the concrete enterprise were identified and analyzed, unacceptable risks were chosen, which should be influenced with the aim of reducing their impact on the company's activities. The entrepreneur has received recommendations for improving risk management system and applied them in his enterprise. The effectiveness of applied recommendations can be assessed nearly in six months.
