Abstract to master's thesis on the topic "The political positioning of Russian parties on the issue of reform of local self-government bodies of Moscow (2012-2016)" student of master's program "Political challenges" Oreshkin Oleg This paper presents the positions of various political parties on the issue of reform of local self-government bodies of Moscow as a whole. Special attention is paid to the transformation of the Federal and regional legislation. The article also considers the approaches to the powers, peculiarities of formation of bodies of management and territorial organization. In the field of powers of municipalities marked their level between the existing municipalities of Moscow and local authorities in the new territories. In the organization of the territory management the attention is paid to the principles of the formation of municipalities, participation of municipal authorities in this process. The positions of the parties are investigated on the basis of transcripts of meetings of the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Russian Federation and the Moscow city Duma, as well as through publications in the media and party resources. Key words: municipal education, local government, political party, local issues, state powers.
