Analysis of Organization Culture on the Example of a Particular Organization

The relevance of the work is based on the fact that in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment, great importance has the formation of the philosophy and development of corporate culture is of great importance for the organization. The research problem is that the desired by employees organizational culture is not always the most optimal for the company and that can create a conflict. Basic research methods used in this work are the analysis of organizational documents and the questionnaire method. It was determined that current hierarchical organizational culture is not the same as desired, which is the clan organizational culture. In addition, it was revealed that clan culture is not the most optimal for the organization. Thus, a number of solutions to offset the values of employees towards the desired organizational culture have been developed.
