Development of IBIS Model Library for Domestic Digital Integrated Circuits

In the course of this work, a section "IBIS-models" was developed and completed in the database of JSC "Central Design Bureau" Dayton ". The filling of the da-tabase occurred both with the help of Internet search, and also by the independent development of IBIS-models of domestic manufacturers. The paper describes in detail the construction of the IBIS model of the KR530LA scheme by the measurement method. The structure of the IBIS model, the replacement model, and some advantages over other types of modeling are considered.
