Groupoids of AF Algebras

We show how to associate to a unital AF-algebra a locally compact etale groupoid, so that the convolution algebra of the groupoid is isomorphic to the initial algebra. This is done by considering a certain equivalence relation on the Bratteli diagram of the algebra.
