Art Cluster Concept Development

In this visual study, I tried to analyze the phenomenon of placement of various domestic creative and IT clusters, as well as offices in the territory of former factories, manufactories and compare them with Western counterparts. The purpose of the study is to identify trends and design principles used in the arrangement of industrial zones, with their use of IT and creative companies, and identify key parameters like IT and creative companies change the design of the environment by improving the industrial zones, bringing them a new life.
