Problems of Determination and Investigation of Crime Under Article 183 of the Criminal Code

Under market economic conditions and the development of private ownership gaps and inaccuracies in the legal regulation generate the imposition of conflicting judicial acts; great attention is paid to only the practical issues, and to develop a theoretical framework for the improvement of the legislation is ignored. In connection with the circumstances of the topic «Problems of crime qualification and detection under art. 183of the criminal code» is relevant.
