Specifics of Legal Status of Condominium in Russian Federation

To increase the efficiency of management in condominium by the legislator of the Russian Federation regularly amends the legal acts regulating the activities of condominium. However, the changes have not eliminated the existing gaps in the law, but only generated new conflicts in the system of Russian legislation governing the activities of condominium. Thus, for today there is a need to identify and address gaps and conflicts in law. In this graduation qualification work conducted a comprehensive analysis of the legal status of condominium in the Russian Federation, experiences similar condominium in foreign countries, the existing conflict between the provisions of the civil and housing legislation of the Russian Federation. The result of this work are developed proposals for the legislature to increase the efficiency of management in condominium.
