Arbitration Managers’ Administrative Liability for Failure to Fulfill Obligations Established by Bankruptcy Legislation

The work deals with issues related to bringing the arbitration manager to administrative responsibility. The first chapter analyzes the concept and content of administrative liability, deals with the grounds for liability for violation of bankruptcy law and the composition of an administrative offense. The second chapter examines the types of administrative penalties for violations of bankruptcy law. The authority of the authorized body considering the cases on bringing the arbitration administrator to administrative liability is analyzed. And also the judicial practice, practical problems of application and appointment of administrative punishments to the arbitration administrator are analyzed.
