Contract Interpretation in Russian Civil Law

The research studies the institute of contract interpretation in Russian civil law. The author deals with both theoretical and practical aspects of the problem. In more detail, the paper examines such questions as unambiguous contract terms, sources of contract interpretation and their hierarchy, "interpretative deadlock" in contract interpretation. The author reveals the way to improve legal settlement in this scope.
