Successful work of any retail company is impossible without competent logistics. To ensure the delivery of products of the required volumes and with minimum costs, an organization of the delivery process is necessary, including the choice of the mode of transportation, the type of vehicle, the development of the route and the choice of the logistics intermediary. Optimizing the delivery process is an important competitive advantage. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for improving the delivery process of the trading company to meet the requirements of the corporate strategy, using the tools of the Lean Six Sigma concept. The analysis of the tools of the DMAIC cycle and the existing selection procedures in the organization of transportation made it possible to develop an algorithm for improving the delivery process, which allows optimize the total costs associated with transportation operations, increase control over the process, reduce variability and eliminate losses. The algorithm showed its effectiveness in applying the example of improving the delivery process at the supply stage of the trading company LLC Uniqlo Rus. Improvement of processes is currently relevant for the company LLC Uniqlo Rus. The result of the improvement of the delivery process will allow the company to improve its efficiency, eliminate problem areas and reduce costs. 5.
