Management of Relationship between Universities and Effectiveness of Academics' Publication Activities

In this paper, we assess the relationship of publication effectiveness with indicators such as the international cooperation of universities, the citation of the journals where articles are published and the number of authors of each article. To identify these dependencies, the cooperation between the Higher School of Economics with international partner universities is analyzed. The econometric model is constructed and the dependencies of the efficiency index on the indicators listed above are determined. On the basis of this study, we provide practical recommendations for its various applications.
