Insolvency-Ability of Shareholder`s Claims to Society

The work is devoted to the study of Insolvency-Ability of shareholder`s claims to bankrupt society. The theoretical significance of the topic is connected with problem of blurred borders between corporate relations and relations under the law of obligations (between equity and debt claims). The practical significance of the work is what equity claims of shareholders don`t provide rights of creditor in bankruptcy proceedings. Alternatively, it would lead to violation of other creditor`s interests and breach of creditors priority.
