The Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee's Performance in the International Company across Industries

This paper examines the relationship between job satisfaction and employee's performance in various companies and industries. The investigation includes a review of the literature and an analysis of contributors to job satisfaction. The authors conducted their own research based on the responses of employees of international companies in the Russian market and found out which employees are more satisfied. The paper also presents the main aspects that should be addressed by the leaders of international companies in order to improve job satisfaction and employee's performance.
