Legal Regulation of Financing Secondary and Extracurricular Education in the Russian Federation

The purpose of this graduate paper is to study legal regulation of financing secondary and extracurricular education in the Russian Federation. The main objectives of the paper are: (a) studying legal and historical background of education financing in the USSR and the Russian Federation; (b) considering existing forms of education financing in the Russian Federation; (c) discovering the place of expenses for education in the system of public consumption; (d) studying the concept and definition of the principles of secondary and extracurricular education financing; (e) analyzing the concept of internal and external financial control for budget consumption for education in the Russian Federation. The paper consists of an introduction, three chapters, seven paragraphs, a conclusion and a list of used sources and literature. The first chapter explores the historical and legal background of education financing in the Russian Federation. Chapter II is devoted to legal regulation of the financing secondary and extracurricular education in the Russian Federation. In the third chapter, the concept of public control for the budget consumption for education in the Russian Federation is explored.
