Lunina Legal restrictions on the content of the marriage contract Various treaties and agreements concluded between the members of a family play a significant role in the regulation of marriage and family relationships. Marriage contract finds its application among married couples from time to time, despite the fact that in Russian society is still not fully formed awareness about institute the marriage contract. Marriage contract is one of the most civilized ways of solving disputes of the spouses in the sphere of property relations, so the study of the potential of this agreement acquires considerable importance. Russian legislation contains complex system of requirements on the content of the marriage contract. This system combines the use of norms permissible and prohibitive nature. Restrictions on the content of the marriage contract is defined in clause 3, article 42 of the Family code of the Russian Federation. Subject of study are the norms of family and civil law, forming the legal Institute of limitation of the content of the marriage contract, as well as materials of judicial practice, theoretical development of the available science on the subject. This graduate paper is aimed at analyzing the existing legislation and the general characteristics of the legislative restrictions on the content of the marriage contract, as well as in substantiation of the author's position.
